Leif Thornquist

Leif Thornquist is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Services Director at Aegis Living since June 2022. Previously, Leif held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Columbia Hospitality from June 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Lead Line Cook at The Lodge at St. Edward Park for a brief period in 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Sous Chef at both Ethan Stowell Restaurants and Two Roads Hospitality, as well as Chef De Cuisine at The Hotel Group. Leif's career began with hands-on experience in various culinary positions, including Line Cook roles in multiple establishments.
