Nicole Arcilla

Nicole Arcilla, MS, RDN, is an experienced nutrition professional and the Founder and Owner of Arcilla Nutrition & Wellness, LLC, established in July 2020. This online nutrition business focuses on integrating nutrition and mindful practices to improve mental health through services such as one-on-one coaching, online programs, and content writing. As the Wellness and Sustainability Manager at Restaurant Associates since April 2019, Nicole oversees wellness initiatives, while also having contributed as the Marketing & Communications Chair for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics from 2019 to 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Registered Dietitian at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and consulting for the American Diabetes Association. With a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Benedictine University and an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics from Cornell University, Nicole brings a robust educational background and a commitment to advancing public health through nutrition.
