Noelle Guagliardo

Noelle Guagliardo is an experienced hospitality professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Restaurant Associates since October 2022, Noelle previously held the role of Director of Operations at Parkhurst Dining, where effective cost control measures resulted in significant monthly labor savings. Noelle's extensive experience at The Culinary Institute of America encompassed various roles, including Food and Beverage Operations Manager, where successful development of operational processes and menus led to increased sales and improved resource utilization. Additional expertise includes event production, client consultation, and education in food and beverage topics. Noelle holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College and an A.A.S. in Dietetic Technology & Food Service Administration from Dutchess Community College.
