Robert L. is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in food and beverage operations, currently overseeing F&B operations at Morgan Stanley Times Square with Restaurant Associates since January 2023. Previous roles include Multi-unit General Manager at Delaware North/Patina Group, where Robert managed multiple locations for KKR, and Director of Operations at Butter Beans, Inc. Robert has also successfully opened and managed a 400-seat food hall at Politan Row, and served as a Food and Beverage Consultant for boutique hotel projects. With significant operational experience, including leadership roles at Munchery and The Redhead Restaurant, Robert has developed and implemented numerous operational standards across various sectors in the industry. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Beverage Management from Cornell University and is certified by the Beverage Alcohol Resource.
