Sheila Zabala

Sheila Zabala has a diverse range of work experience in the catering industry. Sheila started their career at Patina Restaurant Group as a Catering Sales Coordinator in October 2011 before moving up to become a Catering Sales Manager and Tour & Travel Sales Manager at various locations within the group. In July 2016, they joined Centerplate as a Catering Sales Manager at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. After a year, they moved to CxRA where they worked as a Catering Sales Manager from October 2017 to March 2019. Currently, Sheila is working at Restaurant Associates, where they have held the roles of Catering Sales Director, Senior Conference Services Manager, Catering Director, and is now serving as the Director of Catering Sales & Events.

Sheila Zabala has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Applied Communications, and Hospitality from the New York Institute of Technology.
