Richard Hyde, MBA has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement. Richard has held various roles in notable companies such as Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions and Corn Products International (now dba Ingredion).

At Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, Richard served as the Senior Director of Procurement & Risk Management. In this position, they led a team responsible for sourcing and managing market risk for dairy, meats, and grain based foods categories. Richard successfully implemented a Strategic Sourcing process to identify the best suppliers and negotiate long-term supply agreements. Richard also developed a company-wide Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program that included a 360 scorecard, supplier segmentation, engagement plans, and recognition initiatives.

Richard successfully implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve work processes, reduce costs, streamline inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
