Mike Reese

Mike Reese serves as the Chief People Officer at Restaurant Technologies since 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previously, Mike held the position of SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at EXPRESS from 2020 to 2025 and was Vice President of Global Human Resources at Hilton Grand Vacations from 2018 to 2020. Mike's career includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Change Healthcare (2016-2018) and various positions at Starbucks from 2008 to 2016, including Global Director of Human Resources for Global Channel Development. Additionally, Mike worked at Darden from 1995 to 2008 in multiple Human Resources and Operations roles. Mike is an alumnus of Baldwin Wallace University.
