Michael Cronin

Michael Cronin is the owner of ResTech Solutions, LLC, a company established in August 2002 that specializes in assisting small to medium-sized organizations and individuals in achieving their objectives through a structured process focused on Personal Leadership, Realistic Goal Setting, and Achievement. Prior to this role, Michael served as a staff chemist at Hercules Incorporated from June 1991 to September 2002, where responsibilities included managing global product development programs for water-based resins and adhesive systems, as well as overseeing technical service and development laboratories. Michael holds a degree from Michigan State University, completing studies from 1983 to 1988.
