Kathryn Lynn Heckman

Kathryn Lynn Heckman has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Kathryn Lynn began their career at Crystal Catering Indianapolis in 2002, working in various roles including Sales and Event Coordinator, Sales Assistant, and in the Fountains Banquet and Conference division. In 2010, they served as the Assistant General Manager at Centerplate. Heckman then joined ARAMARK in 2011 as a Conference Planning Manager before transitioning to The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club in 2014, where they worked as a Catering Sales Manager. Currently, Heckman is employed at Elbert Construction as a Business Development professional, responsible for maintaining relationships with insurance agents and agencies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Throughout their career, they have consistently exhibited strong communication and customer service skills.

Kathryn Lynn Heckman obtained their Bachelors Degree in Tourism, Convention, and Event Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Hospitality at Southern New Hampshire University, completing the program from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their higher education, Kathryn obtained a Core 40 Diploma from Carmel High School, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
