Chris Hartlage is currently the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Strategy & Operations at RH. Prior to that, Chris held various leadership roles at Emerson, including Vice President/ General Manager of Valve Instrumentation and Director of Global Business Development and Customer Care. With a background in both business and biology, Chris has showcased expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership throughout their career.
