Rahul Rao

Rahul Rao is a seasoned professional in immigration and global mobility, currently serving as the Leader of Immigration & Global Mobility at RH since September 2022, where there has been a focus on building and optimizing in-house programs for a luxury brand. Prior experience includes working as an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from January 2017 to September 2022, where Rahul managed a high-volume immigration caseload and developed internal guidance. A background also includes a Summer Associate role at Fragomen Worldwide, a Legal Lobbyist position with Human Rights Advocates, and several other roles ranging from legal research to technical writing. Rahul holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and has furthered education at Charles University.
