Ellen Maxwell

Ellen Maxwell has over two decades of experience in the therapy services field, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Regional Director of Operations at Restore Therapy Services since June 2009. In this role, Ellen directs operations for multiple therapy contracts across various settings, including in-patient, out-patient, and home health. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing a large multi-disciplinary team of Directors of Rehab, Therapists, and Assistants. Previously, Ellen held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Restore Therapy from June 1997 to February 2002, and served as Rehab Director. Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Psychology/Speech Pathology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from The University of Alabama.
