Fredric Lomangino

Fredric Lomangino is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Fredric is currently the Vice President, People at RestoringVision, where they began their tenure in November 2023. Prior to this, Fredric held the position of Head of Global Human Resources at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) from April 2017 to November 2023. In this role, they led and directed various HR initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and culture. Fredric also served as the Director of Human Resources at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. from September 2016 to April 2017 and at ASCAP from January 2009 to August 2016. Fredric began their career as an HR Generalist Intern at L'Oreal in June 2008.

Fredric Lomangino, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Penn State University from 2005 to 2008.
