Cheryl Channing

Cheryl Channing has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Cheryl began their career in 1993 as a Computer Information Systems Instructor at Skagit Valley College, and a Software Trainer and Customer Support Engineer at Starcom Computer Corporation. In 1995, they were a Software Trainer and Technical Editor at WinSales. From 1996 to 2007, they worked at Microsoft as a Documentation Manager, Technical Editing Manager, and Technical Editor for Windows Web Services and Smart Personal Objects. In 2007, they moved to Zillow as a Content Marketing Manager, where they built and led an editorial team responsible for the strategy, creation and production of B2B marketing content. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Copywriter at Grainger, where they researched and wrote technical copy for industrial products. Most recently, they worked at Harvard Business School as an Editor, where they edited teaching case studies and research papers for grammar, punctuation, and more. In 2022, they began their current role as a Senior Content Editor at Restream.

Cheryl Channing completed their education history with a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Seattle Pacific University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington in 2005.
