Kari Poutanen has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked at LeadDesk in various roles such as Sales Manager, Interim Head of Operations, Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Head of Customer Success. In these positions, they were responsible for customer acquisition, managing client portfolios, sales, contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2017, they joined Fluido as a Business Consultant, where they worked with clients from multiple industries to help them realize the value of their Salesforce initiatives. In 2019, they became a Service Engagement Manager at Fluido and played a key role in growing the company's business in the education industry. Currently, they hold the position of Industry Lead - Education at Fluido. Kari Poutanen earned a B.Sc.(Econ.) degree in Business law, Contract law, Contractual risk management, and Logistics from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. They also obtained an Alumnus status in Law and Information Systems Honors from Rhodes University. Later, Kari completed an M.Sc.(Econ.) degree in Business law, Contract law, Contractual risk management, IP rights, and Information systems science from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Additionally, Kari has obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS from Duke University, Software Processes and Agile Practices, and Introduction to Software Product Management from the University of Alberta.
