Dr. Jim Sullivan

Dr. Jim Sullivan has extensive experience in the field of data management, analytics, and technology. Dr. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Intelligence and Applications at ResultsCX, where they are responsible for delivering information products to enterprise teams and clients. Prior to this, Dr. Sullivan served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at ResultsCX and was accountable for all global data centers and infrastructure at Vertafore as a Senior System Specialist. Dr. Jim has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College, teaching data management, analytics, and governance. Dr. Sullivan has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Senior Director of IT and Operations at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Director of Infrastructure and IT Operations at Connect Your Home, and Co-Founder and CEO of RelTech International, Inc. Dr. Jim has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix, mentoring doctoral students and teaching technology-related classes. In addition, Dr. Sullivan has contributed as a technology writer for Examiner.com and worked as a Program Lead for Convergys, where they developed business intelligence solutions and implemented BI strategies.

Dr. Jim Sullivan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Management from Colorado Technical University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Information Systems from Webster University from 1994 to 1997. Dr. Jim'sundergraduate studies were in Broadcast Communications at The University of Southern Mississippi, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Dr. Sullivan has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Cert Prep: ITIL Foundations and Learning R from LinkedIn, Certified Financial Manager from Cornell University, CMMi Process Development from the CMMI Institute, and TQM Facilitator from the US Navy.
