Michael Xu

As Chief Financial Officer of ResultsCX, Michael is responsible for the company’s profitable growth trajectory and overall global financial strategy. Deep industry experience, as well as expansive expertise, in global finance power his ability to guide the company as a leader in customer experience management.

Prior to joining ResultsCX, Michael was CFO of Americas for Sitel Group, where he managed an annual revenue budget of $1.8B, led a global team of 300+ finance professionals, and was instrumental in its successful Sykes acquisition. Previously, he was CFO of VXI Global Solutions where he led debt financing for the acquisition of Symbio. Michael’s background in the BPO space also includes spearheading private equity transactions with both The Carlyle Group and Bain Capital. In leadership positions at PwC, he managed billion-dollar multinational and domestic clients, both public and privately owned across myriad industries.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
