Matthew Livingston

Matthew Livingston is a Director in Analytics Services at REsurety. Prior to that, they worked as an Atmospheric Science Researcher at Pennsylvania State University from May 2016 to February 2017. As a member of a project research team, they recorded, documented and analyzed hail activity, primarily in the Plains states. Matthew applied classroom concepts to forecast the location, direction of movement and strength of hailstorms. Matthew utilized MATLAB to process hail data to identify trends between hail size and radar signatures. Matthew coordinated with teams from the Institute of Business and Home Safety.

Matthew Livingston received a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and Weather Risk Management from Penn State University. Matthew also has a minor in Energy, Business and Finance from the same school.
