Lauren Ward

Lauren Ward is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Manager of Culture and Instruction at Resurgence Hall since July 2021. Previously, Lauren worked at Success Academy Charter Schools from July 2016 to May 2021, where roles included Assistant Principal, Integrated Co-Teacher and Grade Team Lead, and Lead Teacher. In these positions, Lauren provided leadership to teachers, coordinated meetings, and successfully implemented differentiated instruction aligned with Common Core standards, resulting in significant student achievement in standardized assessments. Lauren began their career as an Associate Teacher at Success Academy and gained experience as a Financial Advisory Intern at Merrill Lynch. A graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minors in Education, Inquiry, Justice, and History, Lauren combines educational expertise with a solid foundation in organizational leadership.
