Elizabeth Brown Henry is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and leadership advisory, currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Resurgens Technology Partners since May 2022. In this role, Elizabeth focuses on hiring, assessing, and developing leadership teams for rapidly growing technology companies in the lower middle market. Prior to this, Elizabeth was part of Russell Reynolds Associates from June 2015 to May 2022, where expertise in executive search and assessment was applied to support clients in making critical CEO and C-suite hires, particularly within digital, marketing, and technology sectors.
