Charlotte Hvidkjær

Charlotte Hvidkjær has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries. Charlotte most recently worked as the Commercial Director Consumer Denmark at Resurs Bank, where they were responsible for sales, broker partnerships, and marketing. Charlotte also served as a Member of the Board for the Danish Celiaki Foundation from 2018 to 2021. In addition, Charlotte has held management positions at Sydbank, SEAS-NVE, Telia, Amagerbanken A/S, Ikano Bank, and Coloplast, where they gained experience in sales, marketing, product management, and communication. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in leading teams and driving revenue growth through customer-focused strategies.

Charlotte Hvidkjær has a diverse education history in the field of organizational leadership. Charlotte completed the Let's Grow Leadership Programme at Resurs Bank in 2017-2018, followed by the CLM 200 Group VP level programme at Sydbank in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they participated in the Pathfinder leadership programme in 2013. Charlotte holds a HD degree in Organisation and Leadership with a focus on communication from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. In addition, they completed a BA (Hons) in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing and Business from Niels Brock Business/De Montfort University in 2002-2003. Most recently, they completed the Let's change Leadership Programme at Resurs Bank in 2019.
