K R C Shekhar

K R C Shekhar has a strong background in power and utility management, with extensive experience in various roles and companies. K R C began their career at Raymond Limited in 1993 as DY GM Power and Engineering, where they worked until 2007. K R C then joined Himatsingka Seide Limited as GM Power Project, where they stayed until 2010. After that, they served as Vice President of Thermal Power Business at NSL Power from 2010 to 2013, leading a 660 MW supercritical project in Odisha. K R C then joined International Paper in 2013 as EPC Lead for Power and Utility, working until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at WestRock Company as Manager of Power and Utility. In 2018, they became the Head of Operations at Essel Infraprojects Ltd. and subsequently, in 2019, they assumed the role of Project Head at Re Sustainability Limited.

K R C Shekhar began their education in 1979 at Higher Secondary School in Bhilai, where they completed their High School degree with a focus on Mathematics. K R C then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at GSITS Indore University from 1980 to 1985.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Shekhar furthered their education at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Productivity (AIP), National Productivity Council in New Delhi from 1986 to 1988. Here, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Energy Management.

In addition to their formal education, Shekhar also obtained a certification in Energy Engineering from the National Productivity Council of India in New Delhi. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
