Venu Sista has extensive work experience in various industries. Venu'smost recent role was as Deputy Project Head at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, starting in May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Flow Assurance Consultant at Wood from July 2017 to March 2018. Venu also served as an Assistant Manager Tech and Process at Hindalco Industries Limited from December 2015 to July 2017. Venu has experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Lamtuf Plastics Ltd from May 2014 to December 2015, and as a Manager - Process at Biopharma Laboratories Limited from April 2010 to April 2014. Additionally, they have held positions such as Assistant Manager - Production/QA at Minwool Rock Fibres Limited from February 2008 to March 2010, Quality Officer at Berger Becker Coatings Pvt. Ltd from November 2006 to December 2007, and Production Engineer at Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Limited - Tgv Group Company from January 2005 to August 2006.

Venu Sista started their education at Sarada Vidya Mandir High School, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Venu then went on to pursue a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Venu furthered their education by completing an EMBA degree in Project Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration, which they attended from 2010 to 2012.
