Patryce Briant has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They are currently serving as the Wellness Director at RET Physical Therapy Group since March 2021. Prior to this, from June 2018 to April 2021, they worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Valley Medical Center. They also gained valuable experience through a student internship at S.P.O.R.T. PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC from August 2017 to December 2017, where they served and aided injured patients in their recovery process. Additionally, from September 2015 to August 2017, they worked at Pierce College Health Education Center.
Patryce Briant completed their Associate of Arts degree in 2015 from Pierce College. Patryce then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, which they obtained in 2018 from Lewis-Clark State College. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Board Certified Coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching in December 2021. Patryce also obtained the certification of Certified Exercise Physiologists (EP-C) from the American College of Sports Medicine in June 2019. Prior to that, in November 2018, they obtained the NAFC Personal Training certification from NAFC | Fitness Certification. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in CDC Heads Up from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
