Andrii Lysenko

Andrii Lysenko has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager at Retail Group since November 2017 and at DV Bank since October 2016, focusing on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Previously, as a Computer Systems Analyst at iBPM Service LLC, Andrii developed business analysis processes, reengineered customer business processes, and implemented CRM products such as Siebel and BPM online in the banking sector. Other roles include leading the implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM at АО Банк "Финансы и Кредит" and working as a Manager at VAB Bank and Deputy Head of the Technology Development Department at ТОВ "Укрпромбанк." Andrii holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law and a Specialist degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
