Alex Poon

Alex Poon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and technical roles within the retail and service sectors. Currently serving as Experience Manager at Retail Marketing Group since August 2023, Alex previously held the position of Assistant Manager at SITU LIVE, where responsibilities included overseeing venue performance and staff management. Prior to that, Alex contributed to the NHS as part of the Administration & Vaccination Support team during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout. With earlier experience as Service Team Leader and Technical Engineer at Team Knowhow and Samsung Electronics respectively, Alex has a solid foundation in customer service and technical repairs, having also managed service centers for Samsung and Nokia earlier in the career. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Media and Film Studies from the University of Wolverhampton and has completed a foundation degree at Hertfordshire regional.
