Alex Poon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and technical roles within the retail and service sectors. Currently serving as Experience Manager at Retail Marketing Group since August 2023, Alex previously held the position of Assistant Manager at SITU LIVE, where responsibilities included overseeing venue performance and staff management. Prior to that, Alex contributed to the NHS as part of the Administration & Vaccination Support team during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.
