Paul has worked in retail and customer service as both an employee and business owner for over 30 years. His career started by qualifying to be a trained Chef, and then Paul moved on to retail as a manager for Burton and Dorothy Perkins. Paul lived and worked in the Algarve for 13 years and then came back to retail with RMS. Paul started as a merchandiser and progressed to the role Partnership Manager role within 3 years.

As a Partnership Manager, he is involved in day-to-day operations within the grocery sector. Paul meets with the retail partners to ensure projects are delivered and completed to a high standard. He manages the development and training of the teams and ensures that all costs and KPIs are managed effectively.
