Jasmine Perera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Operations at rpc - The Retail Performance Company since February 2016, Jasmine has demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth, particularly in the realms of coaching and applied neuroscience. Prior to this role, Jasmine held several significant positions including Head of Product, Brand, Sales, Events, and New Business Training at Babcock International Group PLC, where a passion for nurturing the growth of others was evident. Early career experiences included a Regional Trainer position at BOS - Capital Bank, various roles at Nissan Finance UK, and foundational roles at Marks and Spencer, all contributing to a strong background in sales, training, and teamwork.
