Executive Vice President at Retail Process Engineering (RPE)

Mark Stanford works closely with clients providing insight into retail processes and best practices. His depth of retail experience and rich knowledge of the IT industry allows for a complete understanding of the supply chain process to make recommendations leading to bottom line improvements. He is a former retail chief technology officer with a unique combination of technical and functional skills. Stanford has recruited and attracted results-driven associates that have a complete understanding of the omnichannel business process resulting in increased financials, improved inventory and enhanced customer satisfaction for RPE clients.

As the chief technology officer and vice president of Hancock Fabrics, he was responsible for overseeing software implementations and upgrades to support 450 locations. He also held programming and analyst positions with Bryan Foods and Data Systems Management.

Prior to joining RPE, he was owner/president of ImplementIT, an independent contractor specializing in JDA implementations. He joined RPE in 2008 as vice president responsible for customer relationship management and project management. Promoted to executive vice president in 2019, his passion for driving innovation through the development of new services and solutions has contributed to an expanding client list of successes. His focus is in the areas of Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, Replenishment, Business Intelligence, Cloud Hosting and Systems Management.
