Mill Graves

Mill Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mill is currently the Director of Business Development, East Coast at Retail Strategies since January 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Electric Cities of Georgia, including Director of Economic Development from August 2017 to January 2021, Senior Manager Retail-Commercial Business Development from September 2015 to August 2017, and Retail-Commercial Development Associate/Project Manager from October 2013 to September 2015. Mill also worked as the Head Analyst & Property Manager at Hathaway Land & Investment from November 2012 to September 2013, and as a Consultant at Urban Bluegrass LLC from June 2012 to November 2012. Mill served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University for Ten at the Top from August 2011 to June 2012. Additionally, Mill worked in various roles at City of Charleston, Joseph Hillenmeyer & Associates, Boreal Property Management, Four Seasons Resort, and A Bar A Ranch earlier in their career.

Mill Graves attended Davidson College from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History - American. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of City & Regional Planning at Clemson University.
