Anna Gillingham

Anna Gillingham has a diverse work experience in event management and education. Anna started their career as an Events Assistant at Centaur Media Plc in April 2011 and later transitioned into the roles of Event Coordinator and Senior Event Coordinator. In August 2016, they became an Event Manager at Centaur Media Plc. In 2019, Anna joined emap as an Event Manager and quickly progressed to the position of Head of Event Operations in March 2023. Additionally, they briefly worked as an English as an Additional Language (EAL) Teacher at Headington School, Oxford from September 2010 to April 2011.

Anna Gillingham attended the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics and Phonetics. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels at St Helen and St Katharine from 2000 to 2007. Anna also holds certifications in CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Cambridge, as well as an Introduction to Proofreading certification from the Society for Editors and Proofreaders.
