Martin Schofield

Martin Schofield has extensive experience in the retail sector. Martin started their career at The Burton Group in 1984, working in IT until 1990. Martin then joined Debenhams as a Retail Projects Manager, responsible for implementing IT strategies in retail stores. After working at Burberry as a Retail Systems Manager, handling IT operations for the UK and Europe, they moved on to Harvey Nichols as an IT & Logistics Director and later as the Group Retail Operations Director. In 2011, Schofield joined Itim as the Operations Director, overseeing various teams and product strategies. Martin then worked at NCR Retail as the Managing Director for Professional Services in Northern Europe. Currently, Schofield serves as the CEO of Retail247 Consulting Ltd, focusing on technology and operational process transformation in the retail sector.

Martin Schofield attended Boston Spa Comprehensive from 1978 to 1984. In 2005, they received a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in London. That same year, they also completed an Advanced Development Programme at Cranfield University - Cranfield School of Management.
