Gregg Katz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gregg is the current Head of Product, Innovation & Marketing at RetailStat, where they oversee product strategy, innovation, design, development, and marketing. Gregg provides strategic insights and utilizes data and analytics to understand industry trends and consumer behavior.

Prior to RetailStat, Gregg held various roles at TSCG (The Shopping Center Group). Gregg served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), where they implemented new data sets to establish TSCG as a market leader. Gregg developed a team of 30 members in areas such as data analytics, GIS, IT, marketing, and research. Gregg played a vital role in presentations for business development and contributed to significant revenue growth.

Gregg also served as the Director of Innovation & Technology at TSCG, where they created a consulting and analytics platform to generate additional revenue and offset expenses. Gregg established a centralized GIS & Analytics platform and migrated the IT infrastructure to a cloud-based system, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Earlier in their career, Gregg worked at ExxonMobil as a Category Manager, responsible for strategic direction, consulting, and training for field operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. Gregg developed category strategies, conducted negotiations, and managed marketing and promotions.

Before joining ExxonMobil, Gregg was the President/CEO of Out of Hand Burrito Stand Restaurants, where they successfully expanded the business to five locations with over 100 employees and sales exceeding $5.75 million.

Gregg Katz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Gregg also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. In addition to their formal education, Gregg has obtained a certification in "Configure and Manage SharePoint Online" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
