Maryam Aslam-Mir

Maryam Aslam-Mir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Maryam is currently working at ReTech Labs, Inc. as a Customer Success Account Manager and AI Data Analyst, Lead. In this role, they are responsible for managing customer accounts, analyzing AI data, collaborating with quality assurance teams, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and overseeing data collection efforts. Maryam also has experience in software testing, data ingestion, business analysis, and launching IT helpdesk systems. Prior to their current position, Maryam served as the Director of Information Technology at The BITS, where they oversaw the development of a special needs monitoring app. Maryam has also worked as an Instructor at Mathnasium and as a Document Management Specialist at First Associates Loan Servicing, LLC.

Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Information Systems, General at California State University San Marcos from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, in May 2019, Maryam obtained certifications in CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Technology Associate: Software Development Fundamentals (MTA) from uCertify.com.
