Giada Di Cesare is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager of People Engagement at Retelit since November 2000. With a focus on enhancing employee value throughout the work lifecycle, Giada leads initiatives to foster a corporate culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. Previously, Giada held the role of HR Manager, overseeing the entire Human Resources function and contributing to the organization's cultural transformation. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Specialist at EDS Italia Spa from July 1998 to October 2000. Giada holds a degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Maturità from Liceo Classico G. D'Annunzio.
