Mark Lee

Mark Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Mark currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rethink since July 2019 and as an Advisor at KeyHire since April 2021. Previously, they held the role of CEO at ActiveBench from May 2018 to January 2021. Mark has also served in managerial and directorial roles at various companies including EllisKnight Bespoke Recruitment, Elements Talent Solutions, ContractElite, and Korn Ferry Futurestep. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Outsourcing Services at Reed Consulting and as a Programme Manager at Brewing Research International. Additionally, Mark has also worked as a Strategic Advisor while being self-employed from December 2015 to February 2017.

Mark Lee attended The University of Manchester from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology.
