Deborah Boardman

Deborah Boardman has extensive experience in the field of resourcing and recruitment consultancy. Deborah has worked as a Group Operations Director at Rethink, where they supported various businesses with recruitment and supply chain management. Deborah has also served as a Director at DMB Talent Management Ltd, delivering resourcing and talent management services to organizations. Additionally, they have held interim resourcing project manager roles in companies such as Gattaca, DANGERFIELD, Four Seasons Health Care, Amazon, Capita Customer Management, Futurestep, and Omni Resource Management Solutions. Deborah's expertise includes driving recruitment campaigns, optimizing processes, and improving resourcing initiatives. Furthermore, they have been a Trustee at the Amputation Foundation since 2023.

Deborah Boardman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, French, and International Studies from Liverpool John Moores University. Deborah completed this degree from 1992 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) with a focus on Spanish, French, and Education at the University of Liverpool from 1996 to 1997.
