Amir Segev

Amir brings over 30 years of technology expertise, with experience that includes all facets of IT infrastructure, solution development, business applications delivery & 24x7 operations. Born in Israel, he was trained and started his technology career serving in the IDF Intelligence Unit-8200, designing and managing large data solutions. In later roles with healthcare and financial services organizations in the US -including Seiko, Merck-Medco Managed Care, The Hartford, Cigna, CareFirst BCBS and others- he led technology teams building and supporting diversified business technology solutions and managing IT departments, delivering tangible bottom-line results.

Prior to joining Rethink, Amir was CTO at EisnerAmper – an international accounting firm; prior to that he was the Chief Technology Officer at APS Healthcare. At both EisnerAmper and APS Healthcare Amir led the development and delivery of technology solutions that enabled dramatic business growth and led to successful PE investments.
