Ken Blau

Ken Blau has a comprehensive work experience history. Ken started their career in 1992 with Citi, where they held various roles up until 2004. At Citi, they took on positions such as Director of Equity Capital Markets and Senior Vice President of Compliance Special Projects. Following their time at Citi, they joined Bank of America in 2005 and served as Principal of Commission Management and then as COO of Equities. In 2008, they started their consulting and entrepreneurial journey at Blau Office. Most recently, they joined RethinkFirst in 2019 where they held the position of Senior Director of Analytics, Vice President of Health Plan Solutions, and Vice President of Utilization and Analytics.

Ken Blau earned their BS in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, with a focus on Finance and Accounting, from The Wharton School in 1992.
