Michele Silcox-Beal

Michele Silcox-Beal, CPMA, CMRS, currently serves as the VP of RCM Quality at RethinkFirst, where expertise is applied to address the challenges faced by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers in managing patient care alongside administrative tasks. With a career spanning over three decades, Michele founded ABA Therapy Billing and Insurance Services to enhance operational efficiency for providers. Additionally, Michele has been the Founder and CEO of MKS Consulting, LLC and co-authored for Cape Cod Collaboration. Previous experience includes serving as the Accounting Manager at Trumpet Behavioral Health and holding various accounting roles across multiple industries.
