Haroldo Vaz began their work experience in 2012 as a Web Design Intern at Fastcom. Haroldo then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Lumen Design, where they gained experience in packaging design, branding, digital illustration, and presentations. In 2013, they joined Clickright Solutions in Technology as a Web Designer, designing websites for small and medium-sized businesses and creating social media communication pieces, logos, and printed materials.
In 2015, Haroldo worked as a UX/UI Design Intern at Cinq Technologies, where they collaborated with an Agile development team to design easy-to-use tablet interfaces for an app project for SITA, an international airline corporation. Haroldo then joined Grupo OM in 2017 as an Editorial Designer Assistant and later moved to Grupo Boticário as a Junior Graphic Designer/Marketing Analyst, working on the design team for the company's direct sales catalog and creating magazines, digital content, and visual merchandising for physical stores.
Starting in 2020, Haroldo worked at MadeiraMadeira as a Mid-Level Product Designer. Haroldo contributed to the development of a Design System, set standards, and developed various components for the system. Haroldo also implemented the Design System to enhance portions of the e-commerce website, improving development efficiency and performance. In 2022, Haroldo joined Rethink Technology as a Mid-level Product Designer.
Haroldo Vaz completed their Technologist Degree in Graphic Design at the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2010 to 2016. In 2013-2014, they also had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the State University of New York at Oswego, specializing in Graphic Design. In addition to their academic achievements, Haroldo Vaz has obtained multiple certifications, including Bootcamp Product Discovery from How Bootcamps in September 2022, Design System Specialist from Meiuca in April 2022, Design Ops from How Bootcamps in April 2021, Workshop Facilitation from How Bootcamps in March 2021, Ux Writing from How Bootcamps in October 2020, UX Research from How Bootcamps in September 2020, and UX Design from How Bootcamps in August 2020.
