Jessika Viveiros

Jessika Viveiros has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessika is currently working as a UX Writer at Rethink Tecnologia since April 2022. Previously, they held the same role at Bwtech from July 2021 to April 2022. Before venturing into the field of technology, Jessika worked as an Editor and Reporter at TV UFMG from July 2017 to July 2021, where they were responsible for guiding interns, approving topics, supervising production of social media content and the UFMG Portal, and reviewing audiovisual content. Prior to that, they worked as a Communication Assistant at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences/UFMG from August 2016 to July 2017, where they managed the campus communication center, handled press relations, produced news content, managed web and social media platforms, and provided logistical support for events. Jessika also has experience as a Reporter at the Brazilian Traffic Network from April 2015 to August 2016. Furthermore, Jessika worked at Rádio UFMG Educativa, where they served as a Producer/Editor of the UFMG News program from September 2013 to April 2015, and briefly as an Editor in January 2013. Jessika began their career as a Trainee and Volunteer Intern at Rádio UFMG Educativa from December 2011 to June 2012 and March 2011 to December 2011, respectively. Additionally, they interned as a Journalism Trainee at BAND NEWS FM from July 2012 to December 2012, and as an Internal Communication Intern at FIEMG from April 2010 to February 2011. Overall, Jessika brings a wealth of experience in communication, journalism, editing, production, and project management to their current role as a UX Writer.

Jessika Viveiros completed their first level of education at Colégio Claretiano Dom Cabral, where they obtained their Ensino Médio degree in 2008. In 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação Social (Social Communication) at Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, which they successfully completed in 2012. In 2013, they attended the International Language Academy of Canada - Ilac, where they completed a course in English. Jessika then furthered their education by pursuing a degree in Design at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are enrolled in a Postgraduate Lato Sensu program at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, specializing in User Experience Design and Beyond, which they will complete in 2022.
