Emily Noyes

Emily Noyes is an accomplished education professional with a diverse background in program management and administrative coordination. Currently serving as the Education Manager at Rethos since February 2023, Emily previously held the position of TRIO Upward Bound Office Manager and Dream Scholarship Coordinator at the University of Minnesota, where responsibilities included overseeing scholarship disbursement, managing financials, and developing communication materials. With experience as an Administrative Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a Fundraising Information Specialist with the School District of Philadelphia, Emily has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills throughout various educational settings. Emily holds a M.S.Ed. in Education, Culture, and Society from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a BA in History from Macalester College.
