The Role:

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial health of Retinue Accounting, ensuring sound financial planning, reporting and analysis. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing our offshore Finance team and ensuring appropriate financial management across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives off maintaining financial control of the organisation but is also eager to dive into hands-on tasks to support their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver valuable financial support and insights to the Executive Leadership Team to facilitate critical business decisions.
  • Production of monthly & annual reports to budget and forecast
  • Lead and manage the offshore finance team including mentoring and staff development.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all statutory lodgements
  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and modelling
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership to implement strategic plans effectively
  • Proficiency in utilizing Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary 

  • $150k-$160k + super salary (depending on relevant experience)
