Tina Baxter is a retired professional with extensive experience in property appraisal and asset analysis. From June 2014 to April 2024, Tina served as a Senior Specialist Property Appraiser at the California State Board of Equalization, focusing on the Legal Entity Ownership Program (LEOP). Tina previously held the position of Associate Property Appraiser, auditing assessors across California and making determinations on complex legal entity transfers. Prior to this, Tina worked as a Field Asset Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2008 to May 2014, and as Vice President District Appraisal Leader at Wells Fargo from 2007 to May 2008. Tina's career started at World Savings, where responsibilities included Vice President and Manager of Appraisal, Origination, and Underwriting from 1990 to 2007. Tina holds an Advanced Property Tax Appraiser Certificate and has an educational background from American River College.
