Pilar Pueyo

Pilar Pueyo, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Pilar served as the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at Cambridge Trust Company from July 2016 to November 2024, following a tenure as the Director of Human Resources at Boston Private Bank & Trust from September 1999 to December 2015. Prior to this, Pilar held similar HR leadership positions at United Homes for Children and Concilio Hispano de Cambridge. Pilar holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a degree from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Currently, Pilar is retired as of August 2024.
