Will Bax

Will Bax is the Chief Executive of Retirement Villages Group Ltd, the UK’s leading developer and operator of retirement communities. Prior to this, Will has held various positions at Grosvenor Group, including Executive Director and Portfolio Director. Will is also a Trustee at Blenheim Palace Estate and Vanburgh Unit Trust and is the Founder and shareholder of Hatchery. Will's educational background includes a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and executive development in Business Administration and Management from IMD.
