Hadar Maximov

Hadar Maximov has extensive work experience in the field of UX and Design. Hadar is currently the Head of UX and Design at retrain.ai, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at XDC from December 2019 to March 2021, where they were responsible for designing core products and systems for Amdocs. In this role, they conducted competitive research, created user stories, wireframes, and conducted usability testing. Before joining XDC, Hadar worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Tabookey from December 2018 to December 2019, where they designed a blockchain cyber security platform. Hadar also served as the Head of UX and Design at Tingz from July 2017 to December 2018, leading a team of employees and overseeing all aspects of UX/UI design. Lastly, Hadar worked as a Freelance UI/UX Designer from January 2014 to July 2017, providing web, app, and software design services for various clients.

Hadar Maximov completed their Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree in Industrial and Product Design at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications, including "The Sprint - design and test products like Google in 5 days" from Udemy in September 2020 and "Design Thinking Workshop Facilitators" from Discovers in November 2019.
