Media Analyst at Retriever

Elma Kodro has a range of work experience in various roles. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Officer/Gamemaster at Perfect Escape AS, where they managed the cash register, hosted events, and ran escape room games. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Exams Assistant at the British Council, overseeing and hosting English exams. In 2018, they also worked as a freelance translator for Unbabel. In 2019, they participated in the Junior Fellowship at Humanity in Action, focusing on democratic principles and active youth participation. In 2021, Elma worked as a Retail Salesworker at Sostrene Grene and started a part-time role as a Media Analyst at Retriever, analyzing media coverage based on client criteria.

Elma Kodro began their education in 2016 at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology. Elma pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations with a minor in Management. This educational journey lasted until 2020. Following the completion of their bachelor's degree, Elma continued their studies at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2020 to 2023. During this time, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Political Science and Government.
