Meghana Sastry

Meghana Sastry is an experienced professional in photojournalism and digital marketing, currently serving as the Associate Photo Editor and Team Leader at Reuters since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of photo editors and managing crisis situations while adhering to journalistic ethics. Prior to this role, Meghana worked as a Photojournalist at The New Indian Express, covering daily news and producing photo and video stories. An independent photojournalist from December 2015 to August 2019, Meghana focused on impactful storytelling through photography. Earlier career experiences include roles in digital marketing and advertising at LinkedIn, NDTV, Yahoo, and other organizations, where responsibilities encompassed campaign management, market analysis, and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
